I&#039;m no OpenSUSE user, but I assume OpenSUSE ships the regular Gnome &quot;Window List&quot; applet.

If so, the configuration option you&#039;ve been looking for can be found in the taskbar&#039;s &quot;Preferences&quot; dialog. You can open the dialog by right-clicking the handle on the very left of the taskbar widget. Depending on your GTK the taskbar handle might be hard to spot.
